The Leadership Institute For Black Women is a 6-month leadership development program specifically designed for Black Women who are mid-career (10+ years) and women who are ambitious in getting to the next level.

Join our community of Enneagram aficionados at our FREE Enneagram Community Office Hours. Specifically for the practitioner who already holds a foundational understanding of the Enneagram system, this hour-long open event will provide a forum for asking your advanced questions about ways to implement the Enneagram system in your work/life, as well as deeper exploration about its concepts.

You’ll have unsubscribed from a traditional leadership model that does not represent or serve you. You’ll know what it feels like to lead powerfully on your own terms. Essential Leader is an immersive program set in the Maasai Mara, blending deep leadership development work fueled by the wisdom of nature and animals. You will go on daily game drives, visit an authentic Maasai village, and clarify + amplify a path forward towards reaching your goals.

Equus coaching helps leaders to quickly clarify and refine their leadership vision and style. Horses provide immediate, clear and nonjudgmental feedback, offering us an opportunity to experience whether our own communication is clear or incongruent. No horse experience necessary!
