They accelerate the self-awareness required to create new behaviors in how you communicate, delegate, pursue goals and lead as a whole. Equus coaching helps leaders to quickly clarify and refine their leadership vision and style. Horses provide immediate, clear and nonjudgmental feedback, offering us an opportunity to experience whether our own communication is clear or incongruent. No horse experience necessary!
