Earlier in her career, she managed multi-year community research initiatives at UC San Diego, coordinating academic and civic partners around complex social challenges. She brings clarity to ambiguity while strengthening both operational discipline and relational intelligence.
She is pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and is a certified Digital Project Manager and PMP.
