    Coaching Circles

    How Coaching Circles Work:

    • Each circle is curated to bring together 5-8 leaders at similar stages in their business and personal growth.

    • Some circles gather virtually (via video chat) and others in person.

    • Everything shared in circle is held as confidential to create a safe space for exploring even the trickiest challenges.

    • Professional facilitation by an executive coach ensures that the time is well-spent.

    • Each member of the circle commits to participating for four to twelve months (depending on the circle).
