Alicia Jabbar (CPCC, PCC) is an executive leadership coach and facilitator. She’s coached more than 2500 hours and has designed and delivered more than 250 offsite and learning experiences.
She coaches individuals who sit on the outside of what is known, valued, or understood in the places they live and work. Through their work together, clients uncover how to increase their leadership capacity by including all of who they are.
Prior to coaching, Alicia built a career at a high-growth data technology company leading teams across both product management and partnerships. Her clients included top-tier technology companies including Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Twitter, Yahoo, and Amazon. She was part of the initial team at Datalogix that sold to Oracle in 2015 at a 33x return to investors. Her career spanned several industries and disciplines, including a stint as an organic farmer.
Alicia’s training spans coaching and leadership curriculum from CTI, Taste of Conscious Leadership, Neuroscience of Change, Strozzi’s Embodied Leadership, Creating Safer Spaces, Interpersonal Dynamics Facilitator Training and Diversity Dynamics from Stanford’s GSB, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Immunity to Change, and Energy Basics.
“My experience with Alicia was transformational. She met me where I was at as I navigated the transition between being a physician and tech executive at a time when I often felt like a round peg in a square hole. She is direct, pragmatic and caring. She brings street cred from her pre-coaching tech life and in a world where easy platitudes abound, she helped me leverage my own strengths to navigate finding my role and in so doing made me a better, more confident leader.”
