Adena is the founder of Rhizome Partners and an organizational consultant and executive coach with Evolution who works at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and purpose. Drawing on more than two decades in strategy consulting and organizational development, she supports leaders and teams navigating periods of transition, growth, and deep questioning. Adena is known for helping clients hold both the tactical demands of execution and the more foundational work of meaning-making, culture, and transformation. Her clients include PNC Bank, Waterton Global, The Ford Foundation, Google, Pfizer, the NYC Department of Education, Thesis Venture  Fund, and the 92nd Street Y.

Prior to founding Rhizome Partners, Adena worked in the strategy and operations group at Deloitte Consulting, where she supported large-scale change initiatives, growth strategies, and cross-functional execution. Her work today spans executive and team coaching, leadership development, organizational strategy, and facilitation—often helping clients align mission, values, and systems during moments of inflection. 

Adena graduated summa cum laude from York University with a BA in Philosophy and Communications and holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, with specializations in Global Business, Strategy, and Leadership & Change. She serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations in the leadership and public policy spaces and is a trainer with Resetting the Table, supporting dialogue across difference and conflict. Based in New York, Adena is deeply committed to work that integrates intellectual rigor, human connection, and the cultivation of wiser organizational cultures.
