Ashley is a certified executive and team coach, with a speciality in helping senior leaders, rising managers, and whole teams recognize their capacity for achieving superior results. He has over a decade of experience creating safe, progressive, and pragmatic environments for personal and professional advancement. His genuine and approachable style allows for the easygoing yet crucial conversations that result in meaningful progress for his clients as they lead their organizations, and their lives. He creates long-term, positive relationships with his clients and stakeholders, which is foundational to his clients’ success.

Ashley brings 20 years of experience in enterprise software, professional services, and digital marketing to his practice. From his early days at IBM Canada though positions at startup companies with Global-2000 clients, his leadership roles have included operations, client portfolio management, consulting practice management and enterprise project delivery. Industry experience includes Software & Technology, Education, Pharma/Diagnostics, Retail Management, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Not-for-profit, and US Government and Defense.

In his faculty roles, Ashley trains professionals aspiring to become certified executive coaches at two institutes. He is the academic director for team coaching curriculum at ACT Leadership in partnership with Brown University’s School of Professional Studies, and is a faculty member at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). He is also a mentor coach listed with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Certifications include PCC & ACTC (ICF), The Leadership Circle Profile 360, Team Diagnostic Survey, Key Polarity Indicator, LPCC & TCP (Brown University SPS), BSc Honours in Computing and Information Science & French Literature (Queen’s University, Canada).
