Carla, Partner at Evolution, empowers leaders, teams, and organizations to realize their full potential and positively impact the world. Through a blend of coaching, team dynamics exploration, and culture change consulting, Carla specializes in uncovering hidden systems, delivering candid insights, and guiding transformative journeys.

She has worked across multiple industries and sectors as a leadership development consultant for over 15 years. Carla has led large-scale engagements, including culture diagnostics as well as customised deep dive retreats. Previous clients have included Astra Zeneca, BOSCH, Google, IKEA, Médecins Sans Frontières, Nike, UNDP and UNFAO.

Carla has also held management positions at Getty Images and at the World Wildlife Fund. She has taught at IMD and INSEAD Business Schools, where she co-directed executive development programmes that focused on leadership in sustainability.

She has a Master's in Management Learning and Leadership, is a certified Coach, and is a qualified Holistic Counselor. She is an Independent (free from party politics) Town Councillor and works alongside the ISWE Foundation and the People Powered Politicians movement to bring about democratic reform in the UK.

Her approach to change is influenced by the work of Mac Macartney and the path of the twin trails; the inner path of personal growth combined with the outer path of action in the world. Carla has lived in Switzerland and Spain and traveled extensively, but has returned to her home in the South-West of England, where she now lives with her husband and two children and enjoys walking in the Somerset Hills and swimming in the rivers.
