Chiyoko Osborne is an Executive Coach who helps leaders and founders reach peak performance through flow-state so they can get more done, in less time, with less effort, and less stress. She specializes in training these leaders to navigate their daily chaos more fluidly and with laser focus, and has done so with serial entrepreneurs, former Navy SEALs, and think tank department heads.
Chiyoko creates personalized programs that optimize each person's systems and daily routines to increase productivity in all areas of life, which ultimately always leads to increasing their company's bottom line. Chiyoko’s program tools are based in the combination of ancient modalities (mindfulness, meditation) and modern science (bio-hacking and neuroscience). She incorporates supporting the four pillars of health in all the work she does: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach (CHHC) and member of The American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
Chiyoko's work as an Executive Coach draws from both her 10 years in the NYC corporate world, heading up marketing teams at Alexander Wang, Calvin Klein, McCann, and Havas, and from her past 8 years in the entrepreneurial space of holistic health, meditation, and flow-state. She co-founded Mindfresh, a corporate wellness company that brings meditation and mindfulness into offices. She also co-founded Empact Collaboration Platform, a SaaS for social impact that partnered with the United Nations to support the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Chiyoko is on the Advisory Board for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department at Mount Sinai hospital in NYC.
A true yogi at heart, Chiyoko loves helping people integrate esoteric wisdom into the realities of their day-to-day modern lives, at work and at home.
