They are at the forefront of driving company performance, cultivating talent, strengthening leadership and curating culture.

Whichever your title may be (CPO, VP, CHRO, or Head of People), senior people leaders are in a challenging position that requires a breadth of business acumen and tremendous depth of character and emotional and mental fortitude. People leaders are weaving innovation, engagement, inclusion, performance and integrity into the DNA of organizations. These leaders are pivotal in helping organizations focus on human potential and performance while also holding themselves accountable to operate in congruence with purpose, values, mission and core beliefs.

People leaders face the unique challenge of being responsible for an ever growing scope of responsibility, depth of expertise and organizational impact. Unless you’ve sat in the seat, it’s hard to truly grasp the complexity and nuance of this role. It is for this reason that people leaders also often find their intrinsic motivation challenged by loneliness and a lack of adequate support or resources. Sometimes it can feel like being on an island alone with a heavy weight of responsibility.

• Everything shared in a circle is confidential to create a safe space for exploring even the most sensitive challenges.

• Each circle is professionally facilitated by globally-credentialed coaches who specialize in working with executives. Each coach is dedicated to your growth.

• Gatherings include leadership training tailored to your group, with guided peer coaching and accountability.

• One session monthly.

• Between sessions, we communicate through a dedicated Slack channel to share and collaborate.

• Each member of the circle commits to participating for six months.
