Horses are exemplary mirrors of the energy and dynamics you bring into interpersonal relationships.

They accelerate the self-awareness required to create new behaviors in how you communicate, delegate, pursue goals and lead as a whole. Equus coaching helps leaders to quickly clarify and refine their leadership vision and style. Horses provide immediate, clear and nonjudgmental feedback, offering us an opportunity to experience whether our own communication is either clear or incongruent.

Neuroscience tells us that logic is only one way of “thinking”. Other ways include emotional intelligence, intuition, and the body/mind connection. Experiences such as Equus coaching allow us to tap into those other often-underutilized sources of “thinking” data as the birthplaces for transformational change in our
behaviors.

Program Journey & Outcomes:

Equus Coaching is an embodied biofeedback experience, which involves you pairing with a horse to explore current beliefs, narratives, and leadership goals. An Equus Coaching engagement includes one 50-minute intake call prior to the on-site session, one 2-hour onsite experience with the horse, and one 50-minute post-experience integration call.

FAQs

• Do I need prior experience with horses? No! You will not be riding the horse, and no prior experience or exposure to horses is required.
• Is it safe? Yes! You will be paired with gentle horses and safety measures will be demonstrated and explained prior to you joining the horse.
