Janet Logothetti

Janet is Principal Managing Partner at Evolution, providing executive coaching and leadership development to founders, C-suite, and senior leaders in the tech ecosystem. She has over 20 years of experience coaching and mentoring others to lead from their core values. Specifically, her work focuses on building leadership and culture to sustain innovation, execution, and soul through rapid growth, public company readiness, acquisitions, and IPOs. She has worked with clients including Facebook, Pinterest, Slack, Google, Eero, Uber Elevate, and Kiva.

 

 

Chris Alder

Chris Alder, Partner at Evolution, has worked globally with executives and senior leaders across various industries for the past 12 years. He is passionate about helping leaders move beyond their current perspective and reality and better transform themselves and their leadership to navigate the complexities of the ever-changing business world. Alongside his coaching work, he is on the senior faculty of Integral Coaching Canada and is also a Zen Buddhist Priest, spending 2 to 3 weeks a year on meditation retreats.

Shadow in Leadership and Organizations

Shadow—as described originally by psychologist Carl Jung—is the subconscious parts of ourselves that we hide, repress, and deny. It is one of the most important concepts in leadership development as well as for creating optimal organizational culture and performance.
