Program Details:
APPLY
To apply for this group, you should have at least ONE of the following:
Be a leader in a high-growth company regardless of geography or sector
Raised at least one round of angel/venture capital
A team of at least 3 employees
AND be able to commit to twice-a-month attendance for no less than 3 months
Come with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to be vulnerable and help others
WHERE
The group meets virtually (via video conference) twice a month, for 1.5 hours each meeting. Information shared in the group is held with the HIGHEST confidentiality. We also connect peer groups via Slack.
WHEN
Cohort begins Wednesday, September 6th, 2023
Days and meeting times are to be set by each group facilitator prior to launch. Additional start times are available as well as an option to meet up in person on our last session.

Melani Gordon
Melani Gordon is a serial entrepreneur and business coach who has dedicated the last decade to mentoring and coaching over 200 startup founders via Techstars and Founders First Capital. As a coach, Melani works with ambitious startup founders and their teams, offering a range of services including CEO coaching, co-founder alignment, team off-sites, peer groups, and sales training programs. Melani works closely with entrepreneurs seeking to thrive not only in business, but also emotionally, psychologically, and physically. She’s also well known for her SaaS Sales Academy.
