All sessions are virtual and will be held on Wednesdays 4-5pm PT (7-8pm ET) beginning in May. To join the waiting list for a future cohort to be held 9-10am PT (12-1pm ET), email events@evolution.team. Preferably, participants will join all 12 sessions. If you have to miss more than 3, we recommend you participate at another time.

The Coaching Group includes leadership training that is tailored for your personal development and professional growth through guided peer coaching, accountability, and novel frameworks.
Pre-Kick-Off: One-on-one pre-launch coaching session to find more clarity in your goals and to debrief the Enneagram, and a personality assessment tool that will build greater awareness of how your patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting support and hinder your roles as a father and a leader.
While each Circle is customized around the participants’ needs, typical topics include:
Defining your personal brand
Effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration
Creating an inclusive culture that recognizes the importance of diversity and need to make life equitable for all
Acknowledging all of your identities
Work-life integration, and taking care of yourself
