Chris Alder has worked globally with executives and senior leaders across various industries for the past 12 years. He is passionate about helping leaders move beyond their current perspective and reality and better transform themselves and their leadership to navigate the complexities of the ever-changing business world. Alongside his coaching work, he is on the senior faculty of Integral Coaching Canada and is also a Zen Buddhist Priest, spending 2 to 3 weeks a year on meditation retreats.
