Learn the Tools Used By Leading Founders & Investors
This workshop is designed for startup founders, business leaders, investors, or funders looking to learn how to evolve themselves and their leadership in times of crisis. Success is not always about making the right decision from a cognitive rational perspective, especially now that AI can far outperform us in this area. It is about accessing new and deeper forms of wisdom that can help us take greater perspectives, include intuition and empathy, and create innovative ways forward that benefit everyone.
Learn to lean into discomfort and challenge and bring your best self to the table when it is most needed in your business. In these uncertain and chaotic times, we find ourselves wondering how we can make sure we are not making irrational and reactive decisions when crises hit. Too often, when faced with challenging business situations, we can regress in our perspective-taking ability and, out of fear or habitual patterning, make decisions that are not in our, or our people's, best interest. Learn how to turn this around and lean into these situations with our hearts and heads online.
Skills You Will Practice and Learn:
Increased self-awareness and perspective-taking ability
Emotional intelligence in times of crisis and challenge
Meditation and mindfulness techniques to use in the moment
How our perspective-taking ability has evolved, and how we can regress back under times of stress and uncertainty
How to navigate business challenges with greater humanity and impact
