He has worked with clients such as Slack, Glassdoor, Snap Inc., Notion, Hazel Health, Dropbox, Scopely, and Radiology Partners.

As a coach and thought partner for founders and CEOs, Geoff combines his 30-year career as an entrepreneur, executive, and adviser with a passion for supporting leaders of evolutionary businesses. Geoff co-founded Evolution to partner with companies to fulfill their purpose as world-enriching entities, serving all stakeholders while building iconic cultures. He has worked with Slack, Snap Inc., Radiology Partners, CrossCut Ventures, NVA, Change.org, Scopely, Density, and Kleiner Perkins, among many others.

Allen is an advisor and angel investor based in Singapore. Prior to this, he most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Slack Technologies, Inc. from 2014 through 2021. While at Slack, Allen led the company's growth from a 20 person startup to a public company via a direct listing and oversaw its acquisition by Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) which closed in July 2021. Allen also serves on the board of FinAccel Pte Ltd and UNL Global Pte Ltd.

Based in Singapore, Oliver is an executive coach of high-growth scaling tech companies. Oliver also serves on the board of Grab (NASDAQ: GRAB). Prior to moving to Singapore, he was the first Chief Revenue Officer of Asana (NYSE: ASAN) and led the company’s growth from less than $20 million to over $500 million revenue run-rate in 5 years. He was also an early executive at Dropbox (NASDAQ: DBX) and held numerous leadership roles, including leading the B2B business as well as Head of APAC and LATAM.
