Jess is a Coach, Facilitator, Fractional CPeO & Advisor to the Founders & Leaders of today and tomorrow. She’s particularly passionate about co-creating sustainable high performance and empowering women on their leadership trajectory. Jess has delivered projects and coaching for companies ranging from Startups to Scaleups, Hedge Funds to Law Firms and 5 to 15,000 employees.

Jess is a 3 time Founder (1 failed, 2 profitable!) and has held various COO, CPeO, Strategy Director, Board and Advisory roles for high growth businesses from pre-Seed to Series B, as well as NGOs. She also did a stint in VC before realising the operator side was for her! In these positions Jess has led most non-technical teams; from Commercial to Customer Success, Legal to Operations and Science to Wellbeing teams, uniquely positioning her as a people-focused coaching partner.

Jess has two Masters degrees from the University of Oxford, where she was an Academic Scholar, focusing her postgraduate research on the Future of Work. She is a certified Co-Active Coach and a qualified yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher. A frequent and passionate public speaker, Jess has held stages with experts from Brown University, Stanford, Oxford and Harvard Business School on topics ranging from Creating High Performance Teams to Preventing Burnout as a Leader.

Jess is a keen musician, playing 7 instruments on global stages including the Shanghai Conservatoire. She is also an enthusiastic surfer, plays competitive Padel, and in 2018 came 2nd in her first ever Ironman. In 2021 she nearly died 3 times & credits that journey with much of the inspiration for her work today. Jess lives in Kenya in an off-grid house with her husband, and chases an endless summer by splitting her time between there and London.
