Krista Berlincourt works at the intersection of leadership psychology and organizational design, helping founders and leadership teams understand how their own identity, internal narratives, and power dynamics get baked into the companies they build. Her focus is mission-driven, high-growth organizations, where the gap between a leader's self-awareness and their organizational ambitions tends to show up fastest. Past clients include Nike, Airbnb, Spotify, Microsoft, TechStars, Wordpress, and ADP.

She works best with leaders who are ready to create their own destiny — passionate, directed, and ready to dive in head first.

What makes Krista's perspective unusual is that she has earned it from the inside, seen it as an investor, and supported others through it as a coach and advisor. Over nearly twenty years, she held executive roles spanning Chief People Officer, CMO, COO, President, CEO, and GM — navigating fundraising, acquisitions, integrations, international mergers, shutdowns, product sunsets, founder disputes, and more reorgs than she can count.

Her approach integrates transpersonal psychology through training with Dr. Richard Michaels at Coaching for Transformation, and organizational design thinking developed alongside IDEO's Chief People Officer. She is an ICF certified coach, trained in the Enneagram, Nonviolent Communication, Human Design, and Narrative Psychology.

Alongside her client work, Krista writes, lectures, and hosts the podcast All of It, exploring identity, ambition, and meaning well outside the boardroom.

Raised in the Pacific Northwest by two outdoor industry entrepreneurs who instilled the belief that we belong to the earth. She spends most of her free time searching for beauty in both the natural and man-made worlds. An astrophotographer, mountaineer, skier, cyclist, herbalist, and interior design enthusiast, she has traveled to more than fifty countries and is equally at home in a mountain range, art gallery, or a well-considered room.
