Did you know that Black women are the least likely to get support and receive promotions than any other group of women? The Leadership Institute wants to change this.
The Leadership Institute For Black Women is:
6 month leadership development program
Specifically designed for Black Women who are mid-career (10+ years)
Women who are ambitious in getting to the next level • May or may not have direct reports
Must commit 6 -8 hours a month to the program
WHEN: Begins March 26th, 2025 | 12:00 PM ET
Program Details
Companies will identify their high potential and high-performing Black women leaders for this program.
We will meet twice a month for 2 hours via Zoom and INCLUDES:
(6) Interactive Leadership Training and Instruction ($15,000)
(12) One-on-one Coaching Sessions for 6 Months ($10,000)
360 Assessment ($2,500)
(3) Connection Sessions with CEO's ($7,500)
* Each participant will also have an accountability buddy for support throughout the program
Total Value: $35,000 / participant
Actual Program Cost: $17,000 / participant

Chantelle Fitzgerlad
Chantelle Fitzgerald is an award-winning professional, specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion,(DEI) executive coaching, mindfulness, leadership development, and emotional intelligence. She is a speaker and advisor to Fortune 500 companies. She is the Founder and CEO of Mindset Strategies, a leadership development firm that partners with organizations to create experiential learning programs, that focuses on DEI, mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
