Her own experience with an executive coach inspired her to shift careers and eventually dedicate her career to supporting other leaders.

She holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Diego, a BA in Journalism and Communication from Lehigh University, a Professional Certified Coach Credential (PCC) through the ICF, and is a registered mentor coach.

Melissa’s work is grounded in a multidisciplinary approach, integrating a range of leadership theories and frameworks, mindfulness, group dynamics processes, and somatic practices. She is currently writing her second book on building a culture of feedback in modern organizations. A lifelong learner and traveler who has explored 35+ countries, Melissa’s coaching philosophy is shaped by her curiosity about leadership, human behavior, and cultural dynamics.

An East Coaster at heart, Melissa now calls San Diego home. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, playing guitar, and outdoor adventures with her husband and young son.
