Nathan has spent the past 7 years coaching close to 100 founders and CEOs backed by venture capital firms including Sequoia, A16Z, Khosla Ventures, and more. Nathan specializes in co-founder dynamics, helping co-founders navigate conflict, expand trust and evolve their partnership as their business scales.
Prior to becoming a coach, Nathan has been a 2x, exited founder, and head of marketing at Carta during their hyper-scale period (from $50m to $250m in ARR).
Nathan has a passion for working with co-founders after realizing during his time as a founder that the health and alignment of this partnership, over the many chapters of a startup, is critical for startup success and founder joy.
Nathan lives in San Francisco with his wife, twins (Alastair and Aurelia) and two dogs.
