Nicole Sheikh, Senior Partner at Evolution, is an executive coach who partners with visionary leaders to create meaningful change at both the personal and organizational level. Her primary focus is supporting leaders in bringing their full authentic selves to their work and developing the necessary skills and self-awareness to effectively inspire, motivate and lead their teams through an ever-changing world.
Nicole understands first-hand the challenges and common pitfalls someone can face when working within a complex, high-performing, fast-paced environment. Her experience spans nearly a decade of working at high-growth tech companies, most notably at Slack Technologies, where she led a 150-person global customer support organization, and at Twitter, Inc. during the company’s rapid acceleration from fledgling start-up to becoming a publicly-traded company.
Nicole’s experience as a start-up leader allows her partner with growing organizations to clarify mission and design a strategy that allows it to cascade into how people relate to one another and their work. She works at the personal, relational and systemic level to support overall organization development through impeccable process design and thoughtful facilitation.
Nicole is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and holds a B.S. in Journalism and Communications from the University of Oregon. She currently lives in Taos, New Mexico where she enjoys hiking through the high desert with her husband, daughter and dog.
