Nitya has built, delivered, and coached sales and sales leadership development programs at companies including Google, KKR, S&P Global, CoreLogic, PIMCO, BlackRock, Kidder Mathews, and others.

Nitya grew up in Singapore, India, and Tanzania and has worked with teams in all regions of the world. He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an M.B.A from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. From starting his career developing pharmaceutical processes to training and coaching salespeople around the world, he’s living proof that these skills can be learned and passionate about helping others reach their potential.

Nitya is the author of "Winning Virtually: 10 Tiny Habits for BIG Virtual Selling Success", which reached #1 on Amazon and was selected to the inaugural UCLA Bruin Business 100 list, among the thousands of UCLA alumni led companies.

Nitya is active on the UCLA Anderson Alumni Board. He lives in Long Beach with his family and is an avid soccer fan (and Sunday pickup league player).
