Olivier Hertoghe is a Paris based Senior Partner at Evolution. He has a strong executive leadership and coaching background in both tech scale-ups and multinationals, his last global executive role being Chief People Officer at TheFork. He is an authentic and inclusive coach of leaders and teams, mainly in Europe and in The US. He has a rapid comprehension of the essence of what’s happening within a leader, team and organization, and finds innovative and experiential ways that allow leaders, teams and organizational cultures to connect with their essence, to make new intelligence and new possibilities emerge, and to transform. His clients include tech scale-ups like Dataiku, Pigment, Dilitrust and Cowboy and multinationals like Worldline, Proximus and MongoDB.
Olivier has extensive experience as an individual coach of co-founders, C-level executives and leaders and as a facilitator of collective development journeys of leadership teams and of groups of leaders facing similar challenges (ex. female leaders), mainly in rapidly evolving organizations that enter new markets, acquire companies and change strategies, structures and cultures. Prior to being a coach, Olivier was recognized as an executive who dares to challenge existing norms, as a leader of high performing global teams and as a change agent who has successfully led global cultural transformations.
Olivier’s credentials include a MA in Economics. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF and Certified Somatic Coach with Body-Based Breakthrough. He is a certified assessor of tools that effectively support the development of leaders, teams and company cultures (ex. LCP, CLA, CVA). His working languages are English, French and Dutch.
He loves culture, nature, travel and outdoor sports, his wife Nathalie and their three kids. He’s a connector who leverages the diversity of thoughts, country cultures, generations and gender in order to create a more inclusive and sustainable world.
