Formerly Chief People Officer at the tech scale-up TheFork, he is known for his ability to authentically connect with leaders and teams of diverse nationalities, mainly in rapidly evolving organizations that enter new markets, acquire companies and change structures and cultures. He has a rapid comprehension of what’s happening and finds innovative and experiential ways that allow leaders, teams and organizational cultures to connect with their essence, to make new intelligence emerge and to transform. His approach incorporates certified assessments and straight-forward feedback. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Somatic Coach, Olivier holds a MA in Economics.
