He uses systems like StrengthsFinder, Human Design and Talent Dynamics to map the genius of a team so they can add the most value while best leveraging each other, building the skills to navigate tension at the intersection of diverse perspectives and allowing the team’s true creativity to emerge.
With over 14 years of experience as a coach and consultant for leaders and institutions of various sizes, he collaborates with DEI and Organizational Development experts to create holistic solutions. He utilizes executive one-on-one coaching, team coaching workshops, and full day intensives to create a strong foundation for teams to build on.
His corporate experience combined with his Futures Thinking expertise and credentials as a certified Performance Consultant, somatic practitioner, and Human Design Analyst allow him to help leaders notice and shift their reactions, free up wasted energy, and develop skills that empower their team to optimal performance and creativity - all in alignment with optimal strategic direction and action.
Outside of his consultative work, Orion teaches AI courses through NMSU’s Global Campus, mentors, facilitates, and teaches local youth, is learning the guitar and singing, spends time in nature as much as possible, and is usually nerding out on one topic or another.
