Peter Gandolfo is an ICF MCC certified executive coach and facilitator. He works with individuals and teams to help them become more effective by building on their natural strengths. He trained with the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, California. Coaching combines his 25 years of professional experience in marketing, management, and consulting with his love for helping others step into their power.
He’s coached leaders at startups, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofit in tech, consumer packaged goods, entertainment, healthcare, real estate, law, retail, higher education and more. Many of his engagements focus on identifying what’s needed (and no longer needed) to reach future goals; developing communication skills, especially in giving/receiving feedback and navigating high stakes conversations; and identifying competing beliefs that prevent clients from following through on changes they genuinely want.
Peter’s coaching career started with three years at the Drucker Institute, a social enterprise grounded in the management principles of Peter Drucker. While there, he facilitated workshops and offsites on topics like innovation, planned abandonment, customer centricity, personal effectiveness, and managing teams
He spent nine years in brand management and international marketing at Mattel. Earlier work experience included product marketing for Ford Motor Company and advertising account management at FCB. He holds an M.B.A. with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson and a B.A. in Psychology and Pre-Med Studies from the University of Notre Dame. He's certified in Leadership Circle Profile, the Hogan Assessment, IEQ9 Integrative Enneagram, Psychological Safety, Intercultural Development Inventory, Body-Based Breakthrough somatics, and StandOut, a strengths-based assessment. He’s been published in People Matters, MyTech Decisions, Management Today, and Fatherly. Peter lives in Los Angeles with his husband and two sons.
