Activate Your Power as a Queer Leader

Join us for a pioneering retreat designed to celebrate and explore queerness in leadership. Set around the March equinox – the seasonal time when nature’s polarities come into balance – this program offers a journey of joy, self-discovery, community building, and natural wonder. It’s an opportunity to release lingering shame and conditioning, delve into self and collective inquiry, and reveal your authentic self's fluidity, balance, and richness.

This is designed for those whose essential self does not fit neatly into our culture’s binaries, regardless of where you are on your journey. We will use a queer lens to understand and move beyond the binaries towards our most whole selves, with nature as the supporting backdrop and ultimate inspiration for our journey.

Key Takeaways:

  • Empower: Catalyze a wave of personal awareness and growth to unlock your inner power, embracing the strengths of your unique gifts and queer identity.

  • Relate: Deepen connections within the community, drawing support and strength through shared experiences and collective resilience.

  • Inspire: Use nature immersion as a tool to inform creativity, align with your true self, and spark innovative thinking.

  • Elevate: Equip yourself with practical tools and insights to apply these learnings in your work and leadership.

  • Evolve: Cultivate courage and creativity from within, aligning your personal journey with professional aspirations.

Why This Matters

In a world where traditional corporate systems are often designed with a one-size-fits-all approach, minority groups must find and claim their own space. The Queer Leadership Retreat is more than a leadership workshop; it's a journey toward embracing and celebrating the full spectrum of your identity in professional settings. It encourages you to access your inner power and courage, shine with your unique brilliance, and become a pivotal cultural change agent today.
