Robin brings 30+ years of global experience as an executive coach, facilitator, consultant and thought leader. Clients have included ABB, Microsoft, Eli Lilly, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Banco Santander, Girl Scouts; startups, nonprofits and governments. She teaches the core MBA class Leading Individuals and Groups at Simmons School of Management. She has been a fellow at Harvard University and worked in 29 countries.

For 9 years, Robin served as Deloitte’s global thought leader on the human aspects of organizational performance, and also as an executive coach and advisor within the firm. Prior to Deloitte, Robin led global production as VP of Cole-Haan / Nike. She began her career as a manager and consultant with Kurt Salmon.

She is a graduate of many leading-edge modalities of leadership, purpose, coaching, team & group dynamics, authentic relating, somatic therapy & trauma. She holds an M.A. in International Economic Policy and Advanced Certificate in OD and HR from Columbia University, and a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Univ of Florida. She has practiced meditation and yoga for 23 years.
