Before becoming a coach, Sarah spent over a decade in the tech industry as a software engineering leader, UX researcher, and entrepreneur. Her breadth of experience across disciplines gives her a unique ability to connect strategy with the human elements of leadership. As a founder of a VC-backed startup, she understands firsthand the complexities of scaling teams, leading under pressure, and driving alignment in fast-paced environments. Outside of work, Sarah spends her time between London and Portland, Oregon. She is a big believer in creating new skills and her current focus is on weightlifting and designing AI coloring books for adults. She believes in bringing curiosity, play, and levity to all aspects of life and leadership.
