Guided by a deep commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Shoshana works with purpose-driven leaders and organizations to uncover and transform the conscious and unconscious barriers to creating meaningfully inclusive workplaces.
With over 20 years as a leadership development specialist, she equips leaders with the tools to move through personal and professional transitions, build effective teams, create engagement, and lead hard conversations. Throughout her career, she has seen firsthand how profoundly leaders and organizations succeed, or fail, based on their ability to have courageous conversations
Increasingly, Shoshana’s clients are drawn to work with her as they explore their neurodivergence, learning how best to leverage the gifts and manage the challenges of neurodiversity in the workplace.
Shoshana is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator with a master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention. Her insatiable curiosity has taken her through numerous trainings and certifications, including Leadership Circle Profile and MBTI.
Shoshana lives in Vancouver, BC, with her wife, son, and an unreasonable amount of Lego. When not building mythical Lego cities, you can find her singing, dancing, or solving her way out of an escape room with her wife.
