Role Summary:
As a Senior AI Engineer at Evolution, you will be a hands-on technical expert who helps build, refine, and maintain our AI-enabled coaching platform. Working closely with the Head of Engineering, this role ensures that our AI Copilot and supporting systems operate reliably, securely, and with a continuous focus on partner and client value.
Responsibilities:
AI Development & Maintenance: Architect, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications and services.
Product Collaboration: Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features and user experiences.
Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance and scalability, especially around AI/ML pipelines
Code Quality: Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and robust documentation.
Strategic Contribution: Contribute to strategic decisions on platform technology and roadmap execution.
Technical Contribution: Contribute to the technical vision and strategy for Evolution's AI product development.
Product Roadmap Input: Provide technical guidance and expertise to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Qualifications:
Advanced software development skills in relevant languages/frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, cloud platforms).
Experience with machine learning or AI-powered products.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Alignment with Evolution’s mission of embedding wisdom, ethics, and human-centered design into technology.
Proven experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI or data-driven software products.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Deep understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI development, data privacy, and data stewardship principles.
Comprehensive knowledge of emerging AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and cloud-based platform services.
A passion for the potential of AI to integrate with and enhance human wisdom.
Experience in maintaining scalable infrastructure, ensuring high code quality, and implementing data security measures.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000
