Stephanie Movahhed is a facilitator, coach and consultant who works with leaders at all levels to uplevel their results and themselves. She combines a strategic mind and empathetic listening with practical experience from a career spent among some of the world's best leaders. After spending the first chapter of her career developing frameworks, products and teams at BCG, Google, and successful startups, Stephanie now dedicates her time to developing leaders. She also advises organizations on how to create environments where leaders can grow, thrive and ultimately transform our world.

Stephanie works with her clients on diverse issues including: executive presence, having difficult conversations, interpersonal dynamics, mindset shifts, people leadership, and developing high performing teams. Through her 1-on-1 coaching and workshops she has seen clients grow, thrive and transform. As part of her practice, she runs a group coaching program called MindFit Collective, where she works with high achievers to develop and grow mental fitness. Additionally, she facilitates groups at the Stanford Graduate School of Business as part of their Women in Management (WIM) program. Stephanie has a BA from Dartmouth College where she graduated with honors and as a Fulbright Scholar. She earned her MBA from Michigan Ross in 2012. She trained and completed certification at the CoActive Training Institute (CPCC) and is ICF Certified (PCC). Stephanie is also a certified Integrative Enneagram Practitioner. She has completed over 1000 hours of professional coaching.
