The Startup Culture Sprint is for busy founders who want their company culture to be a source of strength and clarity for their organization, yet haven’t fully drafted their values or core principles. Who should NOT join the sprint?
If you already have a culture code that is energizing and the entire company is behaving in alignment with your shared values, the sprint is probably not for you.
The sprint is structured to help you understand your company DNA, design a culture code that captures that DNA in a set of specific behaviors, and then putting those behaviors into regular practice in the day-to-day work.

Learn and get feedback from other founders as you go. Each Sprint supports 3-4 teams building culture together and supporting one another.
How The Sprint Works:
Four 2-hour facilitated Culture Workshops over three months.
Each session includes our expertise on what to do next, live coaching, plus plenty of space for Q+A.
Project plans, templates, and worksheets to guide you the entire way.
Weekly office hours to discuss any lingering questions or roadblocks that get in your way.
One 1:1 coaching session.
Each Sprint consists of a cohort of 3-4 different (non competitive) companies building culture together. We do this because as iron sharpens iron, we’ve found that the emergence of ideas within a group accelerates learning and offers richer feedback opportunities.
Sprint Details:
Cost: $7,000 per company (includes two seats for you and a co-founder, chief-of-staff, or other key leader)*
*We strongly suggest involving more than yourself. Time and again, we have found the success rate of culture efforts increases when more than one leader owns the initiative.
