Before I had a baby, my career was my whole life. Once my daughter was born and I returned to work, I realized I needed a new way of working. I sought out a coach to help me with that big transition and found Tracy. Tracy has helped me with so much more than just navigating my new work life. She’s guided me through a big promotion and my first time in the C-suite, helped me find my voice as a leader in my organization, and led me to find more time for joy in my day to day life. Her advice is both strategic and tactical and she’s given me so many tools that I use on a daily basis.

Nothing is more critical to building a high-performing executive team than trust and the ability to process conflict. Tracy played two important roles for Loop in pursuit of having such a team. As a 1-1 coach for our executives, she helped them process their interpersonal challenges and take a Powerful mindset into them. As a facilitator in our team sessions, she equipped us with the tools and conversational frameworks to process our issues effectively and productively move forward. Hearing our team use the language and tools Tracy gave on a daily basis is the surest sign of the positive impact she’s had on our team!
