Navigating the complexities of leadership as an LGBTQ+ individual can be both exhilarating and daunting. That's where our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer (LGBTQ+) Emerging Leadership Circles come in. We recognize the diverse spectrum of identities within our community and the unique challenges each one faces at any point in the leadership journey.

By joining our circles, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, building upon the shared foundations of our collective experiences. Our program is designed to support you in unlocking your full potential and nurturing your growth, not just as an emerging or new leader. Together, we'll navigate the intricacies of leadership in a world that may not always understand us, emerging stronger, wiser, and ready to make a lasting impact.

Each circle is also facilitated by globally credentialed executive coaches. These coaches will be available to answer your specific business questions, but they’ll also conduct leadership training with guided peer coaching and accountability.

Notable program elements include:

  • Growth Through Community: No matter what you face in your professional or personal life, the circles offer a safe space where everyone appreciates who you are and what you want to accomplish.

  • Actionable Leadership Guidance: We believe in community, but as rising business leaders, we also understand the importance of actionable guidance and measurable results.

  • Nourish a Leadership Mindset: There’s nothing simple about becoming a leader, especially for LGBTQ people who rarely encounter representative role models in their careers.

  • World-Class Tools and Training: The circles equip you for success by providing training and tools from veterans. Their toolsets will help you overcome your growth challenges and materialize your true potential.

Program Details:

  • Monthly meetings begin May 13; 6 month commitment

  • Sessions are held virtually (via Zoom) 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm PT

  • Guided exploration of curated topics as well as personalized coaching support for your pressing coaching issues

  • Monthly 60-minute office hours

  • Always-on support from coaches between sessions

  • Personalized 1:1 coaching session, including personality assessment and debrief, before program launch

  • $300/month (can be paid all at once or in monthly installments)

John Volturo

John Volturo a credentialed International Coaching Federation (ICF-PCC) Executive Coach, and the 2021 President of the ICF in Los Angeles (ICF-LA). He is recognized nationally as one of a few individuals who has served in multiple C-Suites and boards as an out member of the LGBTQ+ community in both public and private companies.

 
 

Peter Gandolfo

Peter Gandolfo is a credentialed International Coaching Federation (ICF-PCC) Executive Coach. He’s held marketing roles for brands like AT&T, Ford Motor Company, Mattel, and Disney. Actively involved in DEI initiatives for over 20 years, Peter served as founding president for an LGBTQ+ ERG at Mattel and represented LGBTQ+ Alumni on the UCLA Anderson Alumni Board
