Setting goals is great, but often it doesn’t work the way we want it to. In this retreat, we will introduce a whole new way of setting your goals and your vision for 2020. Goals that actually excite you instead of “shoulds” that are supposed to make you feel “good enough”, but never actually fulfill you.

We often set goals and start off strong and then lose interest or hope and feel like a failure. Or, we create goals that sound great on paper, but once we achieve them, we don’t feel the sense of joy and accomplishment we thought we would. We then create even bigger goals and the cycle repeats. We know you can achieve big things, but what would it look like to really love your life while you’re doing it?
