At Evolution, we believe that business can be a force for good in the world. We believe one of the roles of business is to live a greater purpose, beyond driving profit or revenue. When businesses get reduced, they miss the interconnectedness they have with the world.
Being an Evolutionary Business means acknowledging the interrelationship of all things and having a commitment to being of service to all stakeholders. These circles of stakeholders can include employees, the businesses specific industry, local communities in which they operate, groups that have been traditionally marginalized, and the planet itself.
We are always attempting to walk our talk, but see our progress as a journey. Last year we further stretched into being of service to some of our stakeholders by donating 1% of our top-line revenue to six specific non-profits whose work we want to support in the world. We call this initiative Widening the Circle as it endeavors to do just that: take the first step to widen the circle of whom we impact.
Read below about the specific organizations we are donating to and how they are helping in the world.
